How do I book?

Open any tour or service, fill in the short form (name, WhatsApp number, date and number of people) and tap “Book on WhatsApp”. Your details are pre-filled into a WhatsApp message to our team, who will confirm availability and price.

How far in advance should I book?

Tours and experiences: at least 1 day in advance. Car rental, scooter rental and airport transfers: at least 3 hours in advance.

How do I pay?

There is no online payment. We arrange payment directly with you over WhatsApp (bank transfer or cash, depending on the service).

Can I change or cancel?

Yes — just message us on WhatsApp. Cancellation terms depend on the service and the weather; our team will advise you.

Do you offer hotel pickup?

Many tours include pickup from selected areas. Tell us your hotel when booking and we’ll confirm.
